An assistant can only take over what has been put in order first.
Website, email, accounting, filing – the digital basis an assistant can work on at all. For young companies this is the start, for established ones the catch-up.
A bridge only carries weight when the foundation stands.
That is why we start with the foundation.
First we set up the digital basis and keep running it – then we place the assistant on top, which reads, decides and acts.
The foundation is where the assistant will later work: the inbox in which it recognises enquiries, the filing system into which it sorts cases, the price list from which it builds the quote.
Our productFirst the website, then the assistant on top.
That is exactly how the Melder project is cut. Asbestos training under TRGS 519, hazardous substance instruction, construction supervision – enquiries came in by email, quotes were written in the evening.
We built the website first and placed an assistant on top of it that reviews incoming messages, recognises genuine enquiries and prepares the quote. Approval stays with a person.
Reference MelderThe four building blocks
Website
The place where enquiries arrive. We build it so that an assistant can later sit on top of it – at Melder this was the first step.
On your own domain, from day one. The inbox is where an assistant will later read every incoming message, recognise the genuine enquiries and prepare the quote.
Accounting
Order, delivery, invoice, booking – organised so that an assistant can check incoming invoices, file them and prepare the booking.
Filing
One place for every case. Whatever the assistant recognises and prepares, it files there – and you find it again.
These are the four parts we set up and keep running. Which ones you are missing, we see in the first call.
Which process eats most of your time?
Tell us in two sentences what keeps piling up at your end. We get back to you within one working day and tell you in the first call whether an assistant pays off – even if the answer is no.
