An assistant for every process that repeats.
Enquiries, quotes, invoices, appointments, reports: whatever runs by fixed rules, an Artificial Assistant takes over. Here you see which ones we build and how they work.

An email comes in.
Four emails land in the inbox: a newsletter, a supplier invoice, an advert and an enquiry: “Good morning, what does it cost to translate a contract, twelve pages, German to English, by the end of the month?” One of four emails is an order.
- 07:43
Sorting.
The newsletter turns grey, the invoice moves to the “Accounting” folder, the advert disappears. The enquiry gets a bordeaux border and the label “Enquiry recognised”.
- 07:44
Understanding.
Four details detach from the email text and settle into a form: service, scope, field, preferred date. If something is missing, it writes a query.
- 07:46
Calculating.
The office’s price list slides into view, three lines light up. The quote builds line by line, the total at the bottom – ready for approval.
- 07:51
Approving.
The “Approve” button waits for you. Only after your click does the quote go out by email. Without approval nothing happens.

Following up.
If nobody replies, five days later it presents you with the reminder for the client: “Lenz: follow up”. You decide whether to call.
One evening less at the desk. And you clicked once.
You decide how much it does by itself.
The same process in three stages. Marked is where you step in.

Beneath the catalogue lie four blocks the assistants stand on. Pull one out.
Without a website no question arrives that could be answered.
Without a mailbox of your own no enquiry reaches the assistant.
Without clean number ranges no assistant writes invoices.
Without orderly filing the assistant finds nothing again.
For young companies this is the start, for established ones the catch-up. To the foundation
Melder: quotes the same day instead of in the evening.
- Business
- Melder – Ihre Kompetenz am Bau. Asbestos training under TRGS 519, hazardous substance instruction, construction supervision. Owner Katja Melder.
- Starting point
- Enquiries came in by email, quotes were written in the evening.
- Built
- First the foundation (new website), then the quote assistant on top. It reviews incoming messages, recognises genuine enquiries, calculates with Melder’s pricing logic and presents the quote for approval.
- Roadmap
- Stage 1 running · stage 2 planned for December 2026 · stage 3 planned for March 2027. Figures follow once they have been measured.

Your process isn’t listed? Check it in 30 seconds.
Four questions, one tap each, then an honest result.
- How often does the work come up?
- Does it follow fixed rules?
- Where does the information live?
- How long does one run take?
What does this process cost you today?
€12,420 per year
6 × 46 × €45
An assistant costs less than that. If we cannot show you that on paper, it is not worth it.
